I collaborated with six amazing people on this album. To honor them, here is a brief explanation of who they are and how they influenced me.
THE PRODUCERS:
&robot - We grew up in the same neighborhood and have been friends since early childhood. He started producing a couple years back and has really shown a natural talent for creativity. &robot's jams invoke a lot of emotion, and as a result, some of my deepest songs on the album are produced by him. Keep an eye out for his upcoming album, "Lonely Robot Love Songs" at:

AG - We met in high school through the death metal scene of all things. AG is simply put, a talented musician, disciplined in musical theory and sound engineering. I'll always remember him taking me to the Art Institute of Seattle around 2009 where I rapped in a professional studio. It was a profound experience even though my raps were straight whack. AG's productions are often infused with recordings of his own musical instruments and hit hard on the low end.
Droc - My best friend. In the Summer of 2008 we established 7th Rain with almost no prior knowledge of production or rapping. Droc is a huge influence on me because he taught me the basics of production and often coached me in my own rapping. We made each other better by working as a team. Currently residing in Cambodia, our band 7th Rain is not active but Droc continues to collaborate with me across the Pacific Ocean. Droc's jams can be identified by the sampling of cultural Cambodian music of the 1960's.
Wizdumb - We met through a mutual friend in 2010. Wizdumb is pure hip hop though and through. His beats are gritty and have that jazzy/soul flavor that routinely makes the whole crowd he's performing for bob their head. I thank Wizdumb for being so generous with the beats he provided to this album and for his belief in my cause as an up and coming artist in the Seattle hip hop scene. The Special Guests:
The Giant Ill - We shared a wall in the college dorms of Central Washington University in 2007. I met him because his roommate was bumping Wu-Tang. He rolled up a blunt and started freestyling one day and I was blown away. This was an important moment for me because I realized rapping is not about what you look like or where you're from. It's about what's inside. The Giant Ill is a freestyle specialist who's flow is defined by a rich vocab and exceptional story telling ability. We still freestyle together often.
Rory on the Bass - I met Rory at my local dive bar a few years ago. He started jamming with me and The Giant Ill at my old apartment in the spring of 2013. So many good memories came out of those sessions. The Giant Ill and I would play a simple drum loop and Rory would start improvising on the bass while we kicked freestyles. We rapped for over 20 minutes straight once. Rory's history in a funk band is evident by his technical ability to make any beat more interesting than just a single loop. He can match any beats' key after a few moments.
This album would not have been possible without these six individuals and their contribution is GREATLY appreciated. They are my Additional Sum. Thanks guys!
